Welcome to Star Devs. By accessing our website, joining our Discord server, or using our services (including Scam Logs, Applications, Portfolios, and News), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

To access features like posting portfolios or submitting reports, you must authenticate using your Discord account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Discord account.
• All activities that occur under your session.
• Ensuring your profile information (including connected Roblox accounts) is accurate.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree NOT to use Star Devs to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other developers.
• Submit false scam reports or malicious applications.
• Attempt to exploit or damage our infrastructure.

Ownership: You retain ownership of the portfolios and assets you display. By posting, you grant Star Devs a license to display this content on our platform.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content. We reserve the right to remove any portfolio, news comment, or application that violates our standards without prior notice.

When uploading images to Portfolios or Scam Reports:

• Maximum file size is 5MB.
• Allowed formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP.
• Images must not contain gore, NSFW content, or hate symbols.
• You must own the rights to the images you upload.

Scam Logs: Information submitted to our Scam Logs (including proof and user IDs) is made public to protect the community. By submitting a report, you verify that the information is accurate and truthful.

False Reporting: Submitting false scam reports is a serious violation and will result in an immediate ban from our platform and associated Discord servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Star Devs at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or harm the community.

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available". Star Devs makes no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for transactions or disputes between users found on our Marketplace or Portfolios.
